No-Refund Policy
We do NOT offer any cancellation or refund once the purchase of a subscription is made. When you purchase a subscription (1 month, 4 months, or 1 year), the payment is final and non-refundable.

Subscription Extensions
In cases where service interruptions or technical issues occur that are directly attributable to our infrastructure, service availability, or functionality, we may, at our sole discretion, extend the validity period of your subscription as compensation. The extension period will be determined based on the nature and duration of the service disruption.

Service Availability
Our service is currently available only in Maharashtra, India. We plan to expand our service area to other regions within India and potentially internationally in the future. Until such expansion is officially announced, subscriptions purchased are only valid for use within Maharashtra, India. Any individual who has purchased this subscription and outside of Maharashtra may NOT be able to avail the Subscription Extensions as mentioned above, the decision for the same shall be at our sole discretion and will be determined based on the nature and duration of the service disruption.

Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, you may submit a formal request via email as provided in the Contact us.
Please include your account information, subscription details, and a thorough explanation of your circumstances in your email. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with no guarantee of approval.

Response Time
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 7 business days. Please note that submission of a request does not guarantee approval of a refund.

Chargeback Policy
Attempting to forcibly obtain a refund through credit card chargebacks or similar means is considered a violation of this policy and our Terms of Service. Such actions may result in termination of your account and possible legal action.
